I have what is referred to as "Plica Syndrome"
It's inflamed tissue on the inside of my knee.
Look for the Medial Plica there...

Spring Break
Well, I've had a lovely spring break. It all ends Monday- back to the salt mines.
I just wanted to let you guys know that it was great to have 3/5 of my family stay with me this week. Having Em and Fred, and then Stephen crash and my place was fun!
